Family-run flower farm in Abilene, Texas
In 2024, our family left the hills of Central Texas to start fresh on a 10-acre farm with a fixer-upper and a whole lot of potential. Brady felt the pull of home; Sara wasn't far behind. Soon her parents joined, and now all four of us are building something special together — growing seasonal specialty cut flowers with care, intention, and a whole lot of love, and running our honor-system roadside stand, Sunny.
A big dream and a little leap of faith
What started as a dream has grown into a colorful patch of joy. We're just getting started — new varieties every season, a stand that keeps growing, and a family that gets to do it side by side.
Why buy local flowers
They last longer
Cut fresh and sold within hours, local blooms typically stay fresh well over a week — far longer than flowers shipped across the country.
No harsh chemicals
We don't treat our flowers with the preservatives and chemicals common in imported bouquets, so they're safer to have around your family.
You support a small farm
Every bouquet you buy from Sunny goes straight back into our little family farm here in Abilene.
